Hi! I am a first-year PhD student at Boston University, where I work with Aldo Pacchiano and Xuezhou (Jack) Zhang.
Previously, I was a guest researcher in the Empirical Inference department at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems (MPI-IS), advised by Dr. Dieter Büchler and Prof. Bernhard Schölkopf. I was also a research assistant in the Decision and Operation Technologies Group at Universität Bielefeld, advised by Prof. Dr. Kevin Tierney.
In the past, I was a visiting scholar in the Machine Teaching Group at the Max Planck Institute for Software Systems (MPI-SWS), advised by Dr. Adish Singla.
I received a Dual Degree (B.Tech. + M.Tech.) in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad, where I worked with Prof. G. C. Nandi on antipodal robotic grasping.
I am broadly interested in reinforcement learning (RL) from both algorithmic and application-driven perspectives, especially in utilizing RL methods for robot learning.
